How much does delivery cost?

Delivery for smaller items which can be posted including products such as FOAM INFILL STRIPS, FIXING SCREWS, etc is $17.99 including gst AUSTRALIA WIDE.

The delivery fees for large items including metal roofing, rainwater goods, flashings, polycarbonate sheeting and insulation in zone 1 is $90.00inc GST & $120.00 inc GST in zone 2. (see map below for details) Please call us for delivery prices outside of the shaded area.

Collection is available.

Can I pick up my order to save on delivery?

You most certainly can! Please let us know your location and we can in return, let you know your nearest pick up location. Monday - Friday. Please make sure you are able to pick up your items safety, ie roof racks, correct trailer size etc, as your goods may not be able to go home with you!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery normally takes a FAST 2 days - so please allow at least 3 working days for delivery. Some areas outside metro may require additional time.

If you require your delivery by the weekend, please make sure your order is placed, by at least Wednesday 12.00 noon. Areas outside of metro may require additional time.

Accurate, speedy delivery is a priority for We process orders on a daily basis to ensure quick delivery. If there is a delay for whatever reason, we will contact you!

Does there need to be someone home to receive the delivery?

Not at all! Our drivers will leave your delivery in the safest point available to them.

A delivery docket is left with each delivery. 

No liability will be accepted by if goods are claimed to be missing or damaged when goods are delivered and there is no-one authorised to accept delivery. All requests for you to be contacted before delivery will be added to any purchase order but the supplier or their appointed delivery agent is obliged to do so. Goods may also be picked up directly from our store by prior arrangement.

Provide delivery information when placing your order
Please take the time to give clear information as we may be unable to deliver goods due to inaccurate information being provided.

General dimensions of vehicles and equipment:
If goods being delivered are of a large or lengthy nature, you need to be aware of the sizes of most general delivery vehicles and ensure they have clear and safe access to your site / delivery address.

Product Placement when delivering:

Please note - deliveries usually arrive via truck. Please be mindful of access for truck. 
The standard delivery method is to place goods within reach from the kerbside outside of the property. On request, Drivers will normally endeavour to place the goods within the property at your designated position within reason.

The delivery driver has the right to make the final decision on product placement once he has assessed the site - taking in to consideration any written instructions or verbal requests.

Changes to a delivery:
Notification is required no later than midday the day before delivery of any changes to site conditions, or delivery address.

Bad Weather:
In the event of bad weather prior to the expected delivery date where you feel a driver will unable to successfully delivery any order, you should contact us as to suspend the delivery as soon as possible.

Futile transport or any other transport costs are chargeable to the buyer if goods are unable to be unloaded when delivered on an agreed prearranged date or time and all goods despatched require being returned.

Amendments to Orders
Orders can only be amended on an order to order basis.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled except with written consent granted by and upon terms that will indemnify against all losses. Special order and non stock goods or materials ordered in error or excess cannot be returned to for credit or exchange except by special arrangement. No refunds of payments made towards a cancelled order will be given - a credit for the value of the cancelled order less administration costs of 20% will be held for the customer that can be used towards the purchasing of other goods / services. Orders or balances of orders may be cancelled at the option of in the event of any failure by the buyer to abide by the terms of contract.

Goods can only be returned at the discretion of and will be subject to a handling charge of 20% of the value of goods plus the manufacturer or licensed agent's fees and must be accompanied with relevant proof of purchase documentation. Any costs incurred to return goods to the place of despatch are at the buyer's expense. Goods and packaging must be in original condition, free from damage and blemishes. "Made to order" goods and non-stock items which are accepted by the buyer in good order and condition are non-returnable. reserves the right to decline any return of goods. No refunds will be given - goods can only be exchanged for other goods to the equivalent value less any costs.

Amendments to these Trading Terms reserves the right to alter or change these terms at any time and without notice. Any transactions with will be done as per these trading terms and conditions at the time of the applicable transaction(s) - It is recommended you print these terms and conditions at the time of payment for any enquiries made.
